Brower Cottage Reservation Process
- Give us a call at 773-490-0133 or Inquire Now to request rates and availability.
- We will then send you a detailed quote to confirm rates and availability.
- Let us know when you’re ready to book your reservation and we will email our rental agreement and a payment request via PayPal for 50% of the lodging cost. If you are bringing your pet, we will also send our pet addendum.
- Your payment and the signed rental agreement(s) must be received within 5 days after they are requested. You can fax them to 630-689-9434 or send via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee your reservation until we receive your lodging deposit and the signed rental agreement(s).
- Within 48 hours after receipt of your deposit and signed rental agreement(s), we will email you a confirmation with essential information about Brower Cottage and the area including your key code to get in the cottage and directions.
- 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will send you a payment request for the remaining balance of your stay. Please note that if the remaining balance is not received within 5 days after it is requested, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
